AskMyGP is an online consultation tool that helps GPs manage patient requests and queries through digital triage. AskMyGP makes it easier for patients to talk to their doctor and help GPs to prioritise and deliver care through message, phone and video. 

All patient queries and requests are triaged by the doctors and prioritised based on clinical need.  We will respond to all requests within 24 hours.  

Our contracted hours are 08:00-18:30 M-F except BH). Our consulting times are between these. Please note at certain times e.g. lunch or the ends of the days, a clinician may not be onsite

As all appointment requests will be made online, via the AskMyGP website or your mobile phone (Please note: there is NO App for this). This will avoid you having to queue on the phone or at the reception desk. If you contact us on a working day, our aim is to deal with all requests and queries on the day they are received. Patients can choose to receive a response by email, text message or phone call, depending on preference. We hope this service will also help you to get the right advice or appointment, with the appropriate person, more quickly and efficiently.
